CARA DELEVINGNE IS NEW FACE OF ARMEDANGELS' DETOXDENIM COLLECTION

COLOGNE (PERLA)--Cara Delevingne is considered a rule-breaker, while Armedangels sees itself as a label that consistently challenges industry conventions. The two come together in the new campaign. The Cologne-based fashion label has unveiled the British actress, model and musician as the face of its autumn/winter 2026 DETOXDENIM collection. Titled “Never the Expected”, the campaign shows Delevingne in the fictional DETOXDENIM Lab. She takes command, turns familiar ideas of denim on their head and shows what happens when individuality meets material innovation.

For Armedangels, “Never the Expected” is more than just a campaign title. Since 2018, the label has questioned every step of the denim production process, from materials and manufacturing to washes and finishing. The result of this work is the DETOXDENIM line, with which the brand aims to show that more sustainably produced denim does not require any compromises on fit, quality or style.

The autumn 2026 collection now goes one step further with selvedge denim and the SaXcell® fibre.
“Armedangels does many things differently to most brands. This is important because you know exactly what you are wearing and how it was made,” says Delevingne.

Guided by curiosity and instinct, the British artist has moved between fashion, film and, recently, music for years. She constantly reinvents herself rather than being tied to one role. Her debut album ‘Not Normal’ will be released just a few days after the campaign launch. This adds another chapter to her career, which is characterised by change, courage and individuality. According to Armedangels, this makes her the perfect fit for “Never the Expected”.
