NOREN-A NEW DESTINATION IN DUBAI

PERLA-- Noren is set to open in Jumeirah Lakes Towers at the end of August. The establishment is named after the traditional Japanese fabric curtain that adorns the entrances of restaurants and shops. 

Noren will operate from lunch through late evening, offering a variety of options that include drinks, counter dining, business lunches, dinners, and a comprehensive tasting menu. The menu features a range of raw dishes, sushi, and grilled items, with highlights such as thinly sliced chutoro accompanied by jalapeño dressing, usugiri tomato paired with Ibaraki soy sauce, grilled tuna steak drizzled with wafu sauce, red miso glazed bone marrow, and king crab served with Hokkaido lemon butter. 

At the heart of the restaurant, an island bar will provide signature cocktails and a wide selection of beverages.
