FOUR SEASONS RESORT PUNTA MITA INTRODUCES TWO DISTINCTIVE NEW CAVIAR EXPERIENCES

PUNTA MITA, Mexico, (PERLA)-- Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, the Forbes Five-Star oceanfront resort on Mexico's Riviera Nayarit, introduces two new caviar experiences shaped by the flavors, setting and easy rhythm of Mexico's Pacific coast. At Aramara, a four-course tasting explores caviar through the restaurant's Pan-Asian perspective, while La Hora del Caviar reimagines traditional caviar service as a leisurely afternoon ritual grounded in the traditions of Mexico.

Crafted as two expressions of the Resort's culinary identity, the experiences offer a less conventional way to enjoy one of the world's most celebrated delicacies. At Aramara, Japanese technique, citrus and umami bring precision and contrast; at La Hora del Caviar, blue corn, huitlacoche, Tajín and molcajete salsa make the experience colorful, convivial and unmistakably Mexican.

At the heart of both experiences is Petrossian Royal Daurenki Caviar, selected for its firm texture, creamy character and lingering umami notes, qualities that hold their own whether paired with yuzu kosho at Aramara or Tajín-dusted jícama at La Hora del Caviar.

"Caviar has long been associated with a very particular kind of formality, and we saw an opportunity to approach it differently," said John O'Sullivan, regional vice president and general manager, Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita. "In Punta Mita, celebration doesn't always need a reason. It can be an anniversary or a family milestone, but it can just as easily be everyone around the same table or a spectacular sunset at the end of the day. These experiences capture that spirit: generous, full of flavor, rooted in this place and meant to be shared."

Aramara Caviar Quartet
At Aramara, the Resort's signature Pan-Asian restaurant, the Aramara Caviar Quartet explores how one caviar can shift in character across four composed bites.
In place of a traditional caviar presentation, Royal Daurenki Caviar takes on new range course to course, from bright and clean to deep and savory. From the clean richness of bluefin tuna and yuzu kosho to the earthy warmth of shiitake and wild mushroom chawanmushi, each course reveals a different side of the caviar while remaining grounded in Aramara's distinctive culinary point of view.
Designed to be enjoyed as an introduction to the evening or as an experience unto itself, the quartet offers a progression of:
•    Bluefin Tuna Tostada with Yuzu Kosho
•    Hamachi Sashimi with Lemon Gel
•    Roasted Brioche Crostini with Fig Jam and Foie Gras
•    Shiitake and Wild Mushroom Chawanmushi
The Aramara Caviar Quartet is priced at MXN $700 per guest.
