DUBAI IS SET TO INTRODUCE 9 NEW MALLS AND RETAIL CENTERS

PERLA--Residents of Dubai will soon enjoy an expanded array of shopping, dining, fitness, and essential services, as nine new malls and community retail hubs are in the works throughout the city.
The development spans areas from Nad Al Sheba and Sobha Hartland to Liwan, The Villa, Dubai South, Ghaf Woods, and Dubai Creek Harbor.

The Grand will be the first to open its doors, with a phased launch starting on August 19. Sobha Mall and two Le Meryeme projects are also expected to be completed by 2026, alongside several larger developments planned for the future.
